psychology - how would i implement stratified sampling?
Hello i am currently planning a research dissertation comparing two groups on well-being. I am planning to send questionnaire online through facebook and use convenience sampling however i am not sure if using this convenience sampling would be appropriate and allow me to generalize my results. Therefore i was thinking that stratified sampling would be more appropriate but i am not sure how to do this. I want my participants to be over 18s and i am not sure how many participants would be appropriate to recruit. please if you are familiar with this method could you give me some advice. (please no rude or unhelpful comments, thanks)

I sometimes wonder why psychology students are concerned with statistics.

Of course, I don't know if you are a student or not or why you are asking.

Here is a nice online video class for statistics:

Professors tend to have very personal-views on these specifics, if you can talk to him/her about this, you can both work-out a proper implementation of the system, and you will KNOW he/she likes it, which is very important(also for future projects, since academia does come with a decent amount of politics).

Michelle, try this with some experts rather than trusting a stranger here.. you need academically valid references and sources for this...you can not quote a stranger in your paper.... there are so many online sites like fastcustomessays com where you can find a good writer for this. Hope this works!
