how to make a fake facebook profile?

i just want to make a fake profile which will have a real name and birth date only...............of the person who is in my targets frnd list..............i want to get access to my targets profile just to chk some thing out.....nothig bullying or something............can it get beyond getting that this profiles get deleted due to complaining by the real person to facebook.........i mean can he complaint a case against police and even if he does can the police track me down??

i mean i get the part they can sue but how will the police find out my location????i dont get it ....from my ip address......if that so how will they get that i mean for when............for when is the ipaddress of mine saved when i sendd the reqst or when i make a fake profile!!!

its not hard to make a fake facebook profile, but if you make it for sombody else, and even if you are not intending to harass them, they can still charge you with harassment. you could be charged with a fine. i would not reccomend doing it
