Can you add people as Farmville neighbors without actually adding them as a Facebook friend?

'Cause I need more neighbora to get a bigger farm, but I don't want to have a bunch of strangers in my Facebook friends. I don't mind though if there's strangers in my Farmville neighbors 'cause that doesn't really matter. I just wanna know is it possible to have someone as a Farmville neighbor but not as an actual friend on Facebook? If so, how do I do this?

No, unfortunately you cannot have farmville neighbours who are not facebook friends.
You could, however make a list of your facebook friends, ie "Real Friends" and "Farmville Friends".
This enables you to see your real friends' posts and optionally not see your farmville friends' posts.

Simply make a Facebook list of the strangers you have added then click on privacy settings and decide which features of your profile you would like to block them from.

Unfortunately, no you cannot. Here's a neat tip: Send a private message to all of your friends (or just closer friends) asking them to ask their friends who play FarmVille if they will add you to help each other out.
