Fb says friends share photos with me when they don't?

So just now my phone had bad internet connection, but it had said that one of my friends had shared photos with me 5 minutes ago, and this rather surprised me because 1) I knew my friend would be sleeping by now, and 2) the pictures were of a Korean pop group that we had had arguments about before (yes, we argue over kpop lol), so she knew not to post it on my timeline. I called her, and she was just waking up! She said she had posted no such pictures.

Does facebook ever say that your friends randomly share super old pictures? I recognize one of the pictures as one I messaged to her a while ago, but the other pics I don't recognize at all.

Facebook do no such thing to me,,,but probably your friend tagged you in one of her photo's,,,because any time my friend tag me in any of his photo's,,I receive an alert which says“your friend just shared a photo of you”,,,,,,,maybe that what happened

If your friends tag the photo with you.sure you will get notification on your fb.
