facebook gone perverted?

after i clicked something on facebook loads of these perverted ads are popping up. can someone plzz help me get rid of them
no it isn't at the side its on the homepage right where the feeds are. and im pretty sure facebook doesn't allow perverted ads.

If you hover your mouse over them you should see a tiny x in the upper right corner of the ad. It will then pop up a "why?" window where you can choose the option "Offensive" Then later in the future they won't be there no more.
