If I look at peoples profile pages on facebook, can they see or know my e-mail cause I saw their page ?
Because i went on facebook searched for them and saw their files, will they know or see my e-mail address cuz of that?

No. No one can view who looked at their profile. It's a privacy policy of Facebook.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Third party applications are also are unable to track anybody.
