Blocked from my friend's timeline?

When I go on my best friend's timeline, I can't see any of her information. I can see things that I'VE posted on her timeline, statuses she's written that I'm tagged in, but that's it! I can also see photos she's added that I'm tagged in, but not any of her albums, or any of her pictures other than her cover. Everything else - like facebook chat with her and posting on her timeline - works fine, but It's getting really annoying, because I can't see the album she's added of the holiday we went on together and other stuff. Similarly, when I go on my other friends' timelines, I can't see any photos she's tagged them in unless I'm tagged in them too.
I've talked to her about it, and she says she doesn't know why it is the case. I trust her when she says she hasn't done anything deliberately to block me, but she might have accidentally pressed something. We've tried unfriending each other then refriending, and she is added as my close friend and sister, but for some reason I still only get limited access to her timeline. How can we change this?
I'm not sure if her profile was made private in general because my other friends can access her timeline fine and see everything?

I think her profile or timeline was made private and to remove that follower thes stepes

1. Tap photo (top left of any page)
2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu
3. Tap account > privacy settings

other phones
1. Click settings(bottom of every page)
2. Choose back settings> edit privacy
your privacy setting page has a group of general info u need to control with ur friends .for anything else you share on fb .use the dropdown menu to choose her audience who would view her timeline
