Easy................disable them....or the better way - CREATE a mail filter :

Disable Facebook email notification by setting a filter on Yahoo Mail

Login to your Yahoo Mail account.
Click the Add link located on the upper left side of your Yahoo Mail menu, right under “my Folders” (where all your email folders are located).
Name the folder Facebook Alerts.
Now, on the upper right side of your Yahoo Mail account, click Options.
From the drop down menu, click Mail Options.
On the Mail Option page, on the left pane, click Filters.
Click the Add Filter button.
In the Filter name write Facebook.
Add these rules to the other field:
From Header= contains – Facebook
Move the message to= Facebook Alerts

Click the Save button on the top filter taskbar.
Done!

For GMAIL :
That is in the video there......during the end : http://sid-crafty.in/entries/cell/get-al...le-via-sms

The really easy way of doing it is go to facebook and go to options then it should have a section that says 'Disable facebook e-mail notifications?' and either tick a box or say yes.
Hope i helped.
