I think my boyfriend has been talking to a girl on facebook?

First, I would like to say my boyfriend and I have been dating for 4 months, and like every relationship, we have ups and downs. When we have downs, we always talk them out, and we never have a yelling-match type of fight. This is something I'm not 100% sure about, but if I figure it out that its true, then I want to know hoe to handle this. So we were sitting at lunch, and he was sitting next to me, an I looked at his phone and saw him messaging someone on Facebook, it looked like they never really talk and he asked the person what their schedule was (Im in high school and just got our new schedule), so the girl I think he was messaging is a girl he doesn't even know and occasionally likes her statuses and photos on Facebook, or it may be his best friend whose a girl (which I'm fine with him messaging cause she has a boyfriend and he sees her as just a friend). But if its the first girl, a girl he barely knows and I guess trying to get to know, should I be offended or worried by this? We have a honest relationship, he opens his snapchat, text messages, and stuff like that in front of me, he also tells me when somethings is on his mind thats bothering him. But he's as open about Facebook, he does open it in front of me but turned it slightly away when messaging this possible girl. I would also like to state he's one of those popular guys that have lots of friends (a lot of female friends too) and is very social, when Im basically the opposite. We are both 15, almost 16 in high school. So whats your opinion on this? Is it harmless? Or should no guy do this?

You should just ask him. If you see him doing it again be like, "who ya messaging" or whatever. My friend (girl) likes a guy who has a girlfriend. However, he's like a total player and snapchats, Facetimes, and texts my friend all the time. My friend likes it because she likes him, but if I was his girlfriend I'd be pissed off. Just talk to him, you're his gf
