Making a group on Facebook?

I want to make a group on Facebook, how do I go about doing so?
I notice every group has a picture, and I will probably Photoshop one.
what are the size that they require for a picture?

Any other useful information for creating a group, and bringing people to it would be very nice!

To edit a group go this link: http://www.facebook.com/groups/create.php .......There you will get an interface to create a group.......So go there and create it :-)

you will get a option to set a group display picture when you create the group.
