Could my facebook account be deleted for this?

Today i was looking for old classmates they didn't have facebook while i was in high school and college. Today i sent out 15 friend request but, i may have requested the wrong people because there are soo many people with the same name. Will i get a certain limit on how many unwanted or spam request i can make ? could my account be deleted for that ?

Nope, don't worry. There's no chance you could get banned for sending friend invites.

All they have to do is hit "Ignore." As long as you don't spam the same person over and over again and/or include rude or vulgar language in your request there's nothing to worry about.

The only people who get banned for sending friend requests are people who use Facebook to get you to follow a link to an outside(usually porn) site, basically a marketing method completely unrelated to Facebook.
