You can't. I've looked it up and you aren't able to change it. It doesn't matter because soon facebook will make all of its users switch to Timeline whether they like it or not. I changed my fb to timeline but in a week or two you get used to it.

There's no way to undo the Timeline upgrade. Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.
