how to log out of twitter from someone elses iphone?

I gave my ex my twitter password for trust reasons but we broke up and she had my account integrated into her iPhone not just the app I changed the password but since my account is saved into her iPhone she can still use it regardless, is there any way to log her out of it? if I ask her shes just going to say no or shes going to say that she isn't logged in but i know she is because I get a notification or a dm and I don't check it but it says it was opened and read already and shes the only other person with the password. any help? I want my account to be out of her iPhone and only in mine, please and thank you.

Brother if you have changed your password . She will be asked too enter the password . This is indeed in the privacy policy of both Twitter and Facebook . So stay chillaxed if you have changed your password .
