What is this "Facebook User"?

What is this "Facebook User"?
I knw when people block u it shows this. But when people block u the mesgs with their name shows in black. Why it shows "Facebook User" in black? Does that mean he deactivated his account or permanently deleted it??

either of those have a chance. Before the data of an deleted account gets totally deleted from the databases it shows the same as a deactivated account
