Can I make changes to my company's facebook page?

I am the program director for my company and my predecessor started a facebook page last september under her facebook. I want to make changes but I can't see options to make changes such as edit photos or update a lot of information. Can i do this with the page as is, or do I need to make a new one under my login? if I do, how can I get rid of the other one to avoid confusion?

you can update your existing page and can add or remove any type of info,just you have to do is to open your page from the id which is admin of your page ,when you will open a page then you see there option of update in top of browser windows.click there and update your info.
