FB page are should be unique, interesting, funny to get more likes. Set good, unique profile and cover pictures to attract people, if you use old picture already available in FB then people will not like your page. People will think your page is just a scam.

Post daily new. interesting thing will help to grow traffic in your FB page, don't spam your page with duplicate posts or posts already shown many times in FB. Upload video to get more likes on your fan page.
