How do I change my Facebook privacy settings to upload photos from my iPhone?

So I recently updated my iPhone to the most recent OS. After I did this and got on the Facebook app I was asked to sync my photos to Facebook. I clicked no because I didn't want all my photos uploading to Facebook.

I guess I misread it because now whenever I try to upload a photo from my phone to the Facebook app it tells me to change my privacy settings. But how do I do that? I can't find anything in the privacy settings to change which devices I can upload photos from.

Go to settings (iPhone settings, not the settings on the Facebook app), click on privacy, then turn Facebook on
