My phone won't stop freezing!?
I have an android phone (samsung galaxy ace) and it literally will not stop freezing. I have tried restarting it, deleting cache and cookies etc. And I even factory reset it which didn't help at all. I have two apps on my phone and then a cache cleaning app and I have like 5 pictures also I have deleted all of my messages. Nothing has helped at all and I am getting really frustrated. It mostly freezes when I open up twitter or tumblr, it starts going really slow and then just freezes. But it freezes anyway after a few minutes of using it (literally like 2 minutes.) I have tried deleting the apps and then reinstalling them but that did nothing. Everytime I restart the phone it freezes again straight away. I can't get a new phone since I'm not allowed. This is really annoying me and I don't know what else to do, I would really appreciate help. Thank you

Take it back to the shop, or go on a forum for the phone and see if anyone else has the same problem.

Have you got a task manager app? Try using it and seeing what services your phone is using because it might be doing a load of random crap you don't want and you don't even realise. I think my friend has a galaxy ace and the memory on it is awful. You should try buy an sd card with a lot of memory on it. I don't know if that will help but it's worth a try. You can get them for really cheap now. If the phone works fine without actually opening any aps, e.g. Twitter, then they are probably the cause. Try only texting on it and seeing if it freezes then. Just experiment, delete one app and keep going till you have to put it to factory settings to see if it works again. Also... If it really doesn't work properly again (sorry about that) you can buy a Samsung galaxy s for £50 and I adore mine, my friend has one too and she loves it lol. I really hope you get your phone sorted out!
