Why won't she add me on facebook?

There's a girl I work with who I like. She's incredibly hot, yet kind of cool as well. We went out twice already, once to the movies and once out to eat - no fireworks on either date. I want to know why she won't accept my friend request on facebook, yet was willing to hang out with me twice. She has 6 other co-workers on her page - even one guy who desperately wants her. I told her I sent it one night and her response was "oh I hardly ever go on facebook." Then a week later I told her my friend request was still up there, and she said "oh I'm sorry, I'll add you." WTF?? Not being obsesive, just confused.. Answers anyone?
