Thats not really a question, but you can create a new one buy signing out then clicking "Register" or "Create Account"

the problem with that is that no matter how you do it, facebook will eventually detect that you broke the rules by creating more than one account, and then they will lock any account that is associated with your IP address

Just open any browser and then type facebook.com, after that filled your firstname, lastname, email, password, date of birth at last gender.
