Do you think I've really screwed up?

I know it's really long but please just read it.

Ok so I went to this party on Friday, this girl who told me she liked me for two years (she told me at a party last October and we had on and off conversation since then) was there and I had started to like her back in the recent months my intention was just to have a general chat about feelings.

I didn't speak to her when I first got there and just stood in a doorway talking to some friends who knew I liked her, I had my back to her but my friends kept saying she's looking this way mate I think your still in. She eventually walked past me and my friends I the doorway but she was following one of her friends who started the conversation between us two.

We talked for about half an hour and got on quite well then we went off and talked to other people. I some how managed to get so drunk I couldn't stand up straight. I was talking to my friends about her and one of them thought it would be a good idea for him to talk to her, he came back and said she had a boyfriend but she confessed to him shed liked me for four years and apparently said I'd had enough time to ask her out.

I thought that I should speak to her, god knows why and in my completely drunken state told her I had feelings for her and that I'm sorry for everything I'd put her through (I didn't actually know she liked me until she told me last year). I told I was sorry for telling her because she had a boyfriend and I asked her how she felt about me but she wouldn't answer shed smile and just say I can't say. I said to her if she/when she breaks up with her boyfriend I would still be willing to give me and her a go and I think she smiled and said ok.

I don't know wether she wouldn't say anything because she had a boyfriend or because she genuinely doesn't like me. I messaged one of her friends about how I like which I couldn't remember doing, but another one of her friends messaged me in the morning if I do her like, I didn't want to say anything over Facebook so I just said it's a bit of an awkward question considering she has a boyfriend, to which she replied well you told her you did last night and I asked her what she had said about me, but she hasn't replied.
