what are some good ways to market my clothing company?

I started a clothing company this summer and sales aren't doing too hot, so I'm hoping you guys can help me with cheap/ preferably free ways of advertising in maybe more creative ways. I have facebook and twitter on lock, but those just aren't seeming to help

When you become at least level 2 on Yahoo Answers, even this or similar post will be a good source, as your link will be click-able (and may be even do-follow).

Social Media, Affiliated networks, exchange of your products for getting your site reviewed by others, and so on.

I really hate when people offer multiple solutions in such a vague manner. The guy who first answered you is like Affiliate Networks, Free programs etc... He's not looking to offer you any real advice, he just wants his points.
