Question about Instagram?

ok so here is my question: you know how you can edit photos before you upload them on instagram. well, is there a way to take a picture of yourself and make yourself look like a completely or mostly like a different person just by editing the photo? also, what kind of editing tools are there? like is there one to make you appear bigger, smaller, ect. stuff like that? thanks sooo much!!

There is nothing to do that on Instagram :/ try photo shop?
