How to stop seeing things people retweet?

On twitter, some big accounts that I'm following sometimes retweet pictures and shit I just don't wanna see. Like some of the comedy accounts retweet pictures of like naked people or whatever else it may be. Anyway, how do I stop seeing this? I have the updated version of twitter where pictures just show up in the feed so it's not like I can just ignore it... Do I have to unfollow the account?
