facebook notifications?

I accidently blocked facebook notifications when someone posts a comment on your wall, you know when you log in and it says new notification, now it doesnt show that anymore and have no idea how to get it back?

if you go to Inbox and Notifications...there is a box on the right side and it says show notifications for: and you can check the boxes you want to see i.e. wall, added friends etc.
