My Upstream and Downstream are orange on my router?
Occasionally my WiFi drops but anything that's connected via an ethernet/LAN instead of WAN doesn't lose internet connection. On my router the DS and US are orange but not flashing. Here's a screenshot of RF parameters/status:
Before drop:

After drop:
http://prntscr.com/2fq0ay

I know that it's an arris all-in-one router & modem but that's all I know. Our ISP installed it and never gave us a box or installation manuel afaik.
Also before we got this router I had a lot faster internet speed and this router has seemed to cut it in half.
I also get a really bad ping response. If anybody would rather work 1on1 via Skype, my Skype is Godly.Prodigy

Hi!

Sorry to hear about your wireless woes! Is this happening consistently, or is it an intermittent issue? If it's consistent, and has been happening since you got it, it's possible that the unit is defective and that your ISP can replace it. If you haven't already, trying doing a factory reset (should be a reset button - if you can follow up with your model number, I can help you find the exact instructions). If you need help resetting, your ISP should be able to either do it remotely, or send out a technician. I've often found that a full reset fixes most issues if it's a hardware problem, otherwise your ISP can remote in and see if the problem is on their end. Hope that helps!
