New ID As In New Account if so Just Log Off your Current Account Go to the main Page Fill Out the Info on The Right Check Off that you Agree to the Terms of Service Click Sign Up Go to your Email Than From There you Will Get a Confirmation Email Click on the Confirmation Link Inside the Email

If its ID As In Profile URL If you Set your Username Already That Can Not Be Changed

If Its ID As In Profile Name Go to Account Settings Where it says Name Click Change

Note If you Changed it 3 Times you Wont Be Able To Change it Again Due to Facebook's Name Change Limits
