Android to facebook linked candy crush?

I am at a higher level on candy crush on my phone than I am on face book... I am wondering if I sync my phone to face book if it will take me down to the lower level?

I do not own a high tech cell phone device. Mine is a wal mart cheap throw away for $15.

From reading the FAQ on the Candy Crush site, if you play while logged into Facebook, the game saves your progress through your Facebook account, so you can access it anywhere you have internet access. If you play while not logged into your Facebook account (such as on your phone), it saves your progress locally.

From this information, it appears that the accounts won't be linked at all, since it is a different save format. Facebook is the safer way to play, because if your phone gets permanently damaged or lost, you will lose all locally saved progress. If you'd like to learn more, you could try going to their forums:
