Facebook page shrinking?

On random pages in facebook, the page will shrink to fit the open window - usually smaller. It's on random pages, including all the "send things" applications I've been too, as well as others. Is this happening or has happened to anyone? How do you fix it? Is it my computer or my facebook accound?

idk, it shouldnt shrink lol. but i dont know how to explain it.
like i dont know what you mean like facebook - links and stuff or the page like the scroll bars cuz they dont have to be the same
