You can't because that would violate the privacy rules. All those applications where you see your "profile views" either generate a random list of your friends, or they list the people who comment on your wall the most.

I don't understand why people want or don't want certain people seeing their facebook, especially if they have them on their friends. Don't post something, or don't make a profile, if you don't want someone seeing it. The whole point of your profile is for people to see it.
