Can a probation officer view private data from your Facebook page?

If I make everything on my page private, can they circumvent this protection? I know in the terms and conditions it states that Facebook will cooperate with any law enforcement agency...

Yup. I almost took a job working for the sherrif's department doing that. It pays alright. If only you knew what they could do without even checking facebook you'd be skip online alltogether.

there are reasons why criminals don't have Facebook pages. It's because the authorities can just call up the company for your info.

Your Probation Officer can do anything he wants.He owns you.Being put on probation
means you have to do whatever he/she says within the conditions and guide lines of
your probation.
