Blank instagram profile?
I went on someones instagram and it was blank, no photo, dashes ( - ) for followers, posts, no photos.

but it was there last month. Have they deleted? or is it a problem with my app?

They deleted their instagram. Also, if you were following them or they were following you, it would have one less for your followers/people youre following.
