Pop ups on Facebook. What do I do?

So, a while back I was stupid enough to press this "change layout" thing on Facebook. Now all it does is make advertisements show up EVERYWHERE. I can't even delete them. Sometimes it even freaking changes the background to some anime thingy! Like wtf so yeah I need help knowing what to do. I've disabled cookies and pop ups and stuff, I've changed my internet settings, but I just can't figure out how to get rid of it. I' even uninstalled the "change layout" but the ads still show up. I'm at a point where I just want to make a new FB but I have a lot of history on this one, I've had it for like 3 years.

Its nothing in FB thats doing this. Try using a different browser like Google Chrome or FireFox and run your anti-virus and and anti-adware
