is it illegal to have this facebook account?

i made a facebook account as a joke of a cartoon character & i've had the account for 7 months...i have almost 3000 friends but i don't harass/bully anyone...is this illegal?

Well, assuming from your Scooby Doo picture... From my knowledge, Yes, it may be illegal due to copyright's. You are owning account and advertising something you don't own. But hopefully they won't find you, and you will be O.k

That is considered copyright infringement, which is illegal.

You could get your posting rights blocked and the account terminated if they find out you are "impersonating" another person (or in this case character). It wont get you in trouble, but if someone reports it there is a chance it may get removed.

The Facebook Terms of Service says you can only have one account on Facebook, and it has to be yours. So if Facebook found out, you could get kicked off Facebook, but youre not breaking the law, so no it's not illegal.
