Twitter and Facebook question...?

I have a Facebook and twitter account.. And I don't know how but when I created my twitter account, I guess my information is on Facebook to where people can click on the link and it brings up my account? So now my mom can view everything. And I don't want that happening! Because now I have to watch what I tweet because she checks it? I don't know how to remove this? Please help me or give me some ideas...

so emma, open your twitter account then go to settings, click on this checkbox (Tweet privacy) and also remove all the facebook accounts which are linked with your twitter account.
