This happens all the time and for some reason it's only people in the UK believing these nonsense rumors and asking questions on this on YA. Do you remember last year it was rumored that Eddy Murphy had died as well?
They are all dead. Killed by Twitter. Death by a thousand tweets.

Before posting this question next time, simply Google this and you'll notice that most sources will confirm that these false rumors spread are exactly that.......false rumors......
