Is it possible to limit visibility of already posted photos on Facebook?

I mean if a friend tags me in a photo, say at a bar, and I don't want my co-worker's to see it. Is there a way to change who can view it? I tried bringing it up the usual way, but it's grayed out since I wasn't the one who posted it.

Any help would be appreciated!

no, the person who uploaded the picture controls the privacy settings - you are just a tag - all you can do is remove the tag
