i cry everyday because my best friend/boy friend committed suicide and everything aches. how to die in sleep?
It's been 6 weeks after he passed away....I cry every time I think about it. I cry before I go to school. Before I sleep. When I get home from school. When I think about him. Read our 138000 messages on Facebook. Look at pictures.
Everything reminds me of him. I was hurt as a child and I've felt suicidal all my life. I'm only now considering it. I'm an atheist and I don't care what people think. I've had enough.
My last question explains my story.
I'm on the edge of breaking.

I appreciate all the people who say don't do it and so on but everyday when I wake up, I cry my eyes out, all my body aching.
I had whiplash two years ago and it still hasn't gone. My back hasn't been hurting last year, but this month my legs, back, head, arms ache all the time. I dont know why.

I know when taking some pills you throw up and there's only a small chance of dying. But I just want to know.

If I was going to do it, I would have ages ago but the fear of it going wrong sticks by me

I know this gets on people's nerves when they are suicidal, but, DONT DO IT!!! Suicide isn't worth it. I know it hurts, but just try to be happy and strong!! Whether you are religious or not, nobody really knows what happens after you die. And who ever said that taking depression pills can make you throw up and die!? Just go to a psychiatrist, a therapist, or a school counselor. They all know how to help you, and keep you alive!! Stay strong my friend!! Everything will be okay, you'll see your boyfriend again one day!!

You should never take your own life its the most selfish thing to do. Think about how your mom or dad would feel and all the people that care about you what you would put them through. Time heals all pain, it might take a while but you need to learn how to move on.

Six weeks is hardly an adequate mourning period. I'm so sorry you're in pain but grieving is a process. A natural although agonizing process and there is no way around it and no way to rush through it any more than there is a way around childbirth. It has to take its course. That means tears.and lots of them. Whoever tells you don't do it isn't doing you any favors. It's perfectly normal for you to still be crying and its bete for you top cry and grieve now that deals it and have it come back to bite you later. This is going to take time and I'm so sorry.

But you see how much pain you ate in since his death? Why why why would you then go put your loved ones through this pain? I know it feels like you can't take the pain. But maybe what you need is to stop battling the pain and just express it. Show yourself to go through it and there will be another side.not soon, but it will happen.

Thoughts and dreams have 3 sources:
1)God and angels,
2)demons,
3)yourself.
Most thoughts and dreams are from demons.
Demons never do good.
Pray the Jesus prayer slowly always:
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.
To have normal sleep, pray to your guardian angel.
Concerning any thought or dream, consult your local Orthodox Christian priest.
Demons pretend to be ghosts and aliens. Don't go into a UFO to be healed by demons.
If you're in trouble (demon "alien" abduction, about to be 666ed, sleep paralysis), then scream: Jesus!
Give to charity in the name of Archangel Michael.
