Deleting a Twitter follower?

How do you delete a Twitter follower. I blocked them, but they're still listed on my "Followers" list.

go to your followers list,
and there should be a button that says remove.
click it

Go to your Followers list and click Delete/Remove.

go to your followers list and click the block button of the follower you don't want. If they are still on your followers list, it is normal. Just wait for Twitter to totally block the user.

If next to them it says "blocked" then your good...from Twitter...Can I block people from following me?

Yes, you can. If you block someone, they wont be able to follow you or send you any messages. If your account is public, they'll still be able to view it, but they wont show up on your followers list, and you wont be on their following list. If it's a spammer you're blocking, thanks! Twitter Support keeps an eye on block reports to see who's getting in trouble on Twitter.
