How do I find out about "Who's talking about my Facebook page?"?

On my brand new Facebook page (not profile page) I already have 2 likes and below that itsays there is 1 "talking about my page". What does this mean, and how do I "talk about a page" when I visit someone elses?

It means someone is talking about your page but possibly you wont get to know everytime who's it.
its like- if your page is 'we love soccer', and jerry (or anyone) updates his status -- "had fun tonight with paul and karan because WE LOVE SOCCER" [and jerry tagged your page in his status]. so now you'll receive 1 'talking about your page'
If u want to increase on your basis, all u can do is tell your friends to tag your page in their status {if possible}
Thus they are talking about your page.
