How to embed photos/comments from a Facebook Group into my website?

I'm creating a website for a club at my university, and I was just made an admin of the club's Facebook Group. I want to embed the photos from the group's Facebook albums, and on a different page embed comments from the group's wall onto my website. How do I do this, and what would be an example of the code I would need to insert into my site?

I was an admin in a FB group and I know what you mean but unfortunately it wasn't possible then and it's not possible now sorry
