How to block Facebook auto Grouping ?

Some new people add me on facebook Groups without my permission and then start ton of email that every time required to change New group email setting.

I wanted that people does not add me in new group without my permission, tell me any solution if you Know, or alternate

Just remove them yourself and you should stop receiving these emails if not then contact facebook help center.
