Should I get the timeline on Facebook?

So i still have the facebook profile and I would like to know if it's worth it changing to the timeline, because I see it everywhere and i am thinking of changing.

So if you could tell me the pros and cons of the timeline I would be really happy

Plus, to anyone who still doesn't have the timeline, you automatically get changed if you add a new application to your facebook, such as branch out or games.
