How do you delete a group on facebook?

I made a group on facebook, but I want to delete it. I don't want anyone else to take over. I just want it gone. How do I do that?

Sadly you cant delete it, but you can remove all your members, and then make your group private so nobody could join ever.

Actually you can. You need to follow these steps by ORDER:
1) Remove all the members of the group.
2) Leave the group yourself.

Facebook has a periodic systems which removes groups with 0 members, so it'll delete it for you. But follow the steps in order, because if you leave the group while there are still members in it, any one of those members can become admin.
