How do I get rid of the facebook layout?

I went to page rage and got a layout for my facebook. I liked the layout but it came with a bunch of advertisements. It didn't seem worth it to me to keep the layout so I went to my control panel and uninstalled the page rage download... or at least I thought I did. The background is gone but their still are a ton of advertisements (not the ones from facebook). It says in the top right corner 'background' and underneath that it says 'remove background' I click on them hoping to get to a website or something but it takes me to my documents. How do I get rid of it? Anyone know?

Click on browser add-ons and remove unnecessary add-ons or facebook app from where you got it...
