my computer does the same thing. we just wait about 3 minutes or more and then we can get on. but if we rush it we have to wait longer. try that.

Are you at home, work, or in a hotel or public wifi spot?
What device are you using to connect (laptop (mac or pc), ipod, iphone, android phone, etc)?

I ask because troubleshooting your home network from a pc will have different answers then something like accessing hotel wifi on an android tablet.

Not connecting to the wifi and not connecting to the internet are two separate issues. You need to be more specific.
