Is there any way to buy a wireless internet connection that's portable without buying a plan?
I would love to know if there is any way to buy a portable wireless internet device without having to actually buy a plan and pay monthly. I'd appreciate any answers! Thanks!

Yes, in Australia it is called prepaid broadband so you would have something like that where you are.
