I don´t know anywhere where you can find top instagrammers or groups of people. I tried searching the internet for politicians and sports players on intagram but there are no sites which have this information. Intagrams search is too narrow to find these groups. I think Instagram has a lot of growing to do. They need better search options and some way of knowing if people are real e.g celebraties. There are so many fake accounts. Anyone web designers need a job? haha.
