can you help me with facebook?

It is hard to understand what they mean when I arrange my privacy setting .... Here what I would like :

I don't want my page to be accessible to anybody that type facebook.com and look up my name... right now we can all see it and i dont like that .

I sometime post with my iphone in ''new feeds'' and it only show up on my page and no one can really see it ...

Also , when I write something on a friends wall , no one can see what I've post in new feed and I would like so , sometime I see what others has wrote on other peoples wall in new feed and for me it wont do that ....

It is really not clear to me , I hope I've been clear enough to ask my question , Sorry if you cannot understand properly as english is my second language but even in french , facebook doesn't make sense to me . Thanks if you can solve some of my problems .

they can probably see it (; its just you cant see what u posted in ur own news feed i think.. it will appear in theirs though. it will appear on ur wall for u. and if you wanna know how your time line looks to other peopl then you can click on it and in the right theres a little tool button where it says " view as" or something like that.. and if you dont want people to be able to search you up there should be a place where it says " who can search you up on facebook" and you can either choose everybody, friends, friends of friends, or only me hope i helped =D

For the Search Option Go to Privacy Settings Under How i Connect you Should Find the Setting to Turn off the Option to look up by Name and Email Address

As Far as your Posts Goes Check your Posts Settings Make sure you Have it Set to Friends Only

For Writting on your Friends Walls you Can Not Control Who Can See That Stuff Whats Off of your Profile you Do Not Have any Control Over Anyone Can See it

I will answer your questions in order you have asked them and I'll try to be as clear as possible.

First of all, you cannot hide your profile completely. Your timeline banner and the snippet of your profile picture is by default public and you cannot change that setting. As long as your profile is there in Facebook, people will be able to see these two. What you can do is, hide your personal information. Go to your profile edit page (not from account setting, from timeline setting), you'll see the view option right beside your profile information, ex. your schooling, country you live in etc., click on the drop down arrow and change the view option to anything you want to.

When you post something from a phone, Facebook some times update things really slow. So it may happen, when you are posting in your wall, your news feed is updating it slowly. After you post something from your iPhone, try to check the news feed from a PC.

When you write something on your friends wall, the reason why others can see it because they are not meant to. If the person's wall you are posting in, has their updates protected from others, then others won't be able to see. it. They reason why you sometimes see other post like that may be because you were tagged in that post. But the bottom line this, every time you post on someone else wall, they are not going to appear on news feed.
