Facebook view all friends problem

On a friend's facebook profile it said they had 5 friends but when I click on the 'view all friends' link I only see myself & 1 other person who is not in my network (I think this person isn't in any network).

Maybe the others are on private, so other than friends, they cannot be seen, you can set your facebook to be like this
